REFUND POLICY FOR ENROLLMENTS

Once paid, the registration fees to the O.N.E. EXPERIENCE, CPR or any other face-to-face training program ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If a member wishes to reschedule their participation in a live training course or event, their enrollment is transferable to the same event on another date and / or location. The transfer is possible ONLY on condition that this request is sent in writing with at least thirty (30) days’ notice from the start of the course for which he had registered. The transfer is valid ONLY to courses or events that take place within one (1) year from the date of the Course in which he was originally enrolled. After the positive verification of the above conditions, the confirmation of the transfer will be sent by e-mail. An administrative fee of $50 (fifty) will be charged to the member for the management of the transfer. It is NOT ALLOWED the sale or transfer of registration to the Courses to another person. If you have purchased an Open Ticket, you will need to confirm your attendance at the chosen course 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the course by sending an email to info@reconnectiveacademy.com and to your reference International Instructor. For Open Tickets, the first change of location is free, from the second transfer an administrative fee of € 50 (fifty) will be charged to the member

CANCELLATION POLICY / RETURNS / DISCOUNTED REGISTRATIONS / RETURNS

We reserve every right to cancel or postpone the O.N.E. EXPERIENCE, CPR and any other live training course at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a live course we will endeavor to reschedule the canceled or postponed Live Immersion event within twelve (12) months of the original start date. Fees paid by subscribers for a canceled or postponed live event will be carried over to the rescheduled course. Only in the event that Reconnective Academy International decides not to reschedule the canceled course, will the member be offered a refund. In such event, our liability is limited to reimbursement ONLY of the registration fee already paid. No refunds will be given for airline / train tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and / or expenses that the member may incur or have incurred as a result of cancellations. or travel changes. No other refunds will be recognized for any reason. The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of the request.

No reimbursement is provided if the cancellation or postponement of the course in attendance is due to force majeure not dependent on our will and discretion. The right to change all live course instructors is reserved without notice.

Discounts associated with the original purchase are not transferable. Discounted enrollments can only be directly transferred to other courses that currently have a price equal to or higher than the original purchase. For such transfers an administrative fee of € 25 (twenty five) will be applied. The sale or transfer of enrollments or credits for courses IS NOT ALLOWED. Discounted prices shown online are not combinable with other offers and are subject to tax, if applicable.

By enrolling in a Live Immersion training course, it is acknowledged that The Reconnection LLC and Reconnective academy Italia do not provide any guarantee or certainty as to the fact that at the end of the course the student will achieve sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a professional of Reconnective Healing.

Regardless of whether you become a certified practitioner (Foundational Practitioner), once paid, the registration fee is no longer refundable. The fact that the subscriber after the course does not become a Foundational Practitioner does not give the right to any refund.
