✨ Ad Unum: the philosophy

Ad Unum means “towards the One”: the age-old yet highly topical idea that everything arises from a single shared field — and that separation and distance are more a convention of the mind than a truth of reality. No dogma, no religion, no ritual, but a path of awareness resting on three pillars: the physics of the field from which matter emerges, the Eastern philosophy of natural flow, and the energy practice that turns these principles into direct experience. 🌱 Here nobody “believes”: here you experience.

🌀 What is Ad Unum Energy Healing

The principle is simple and revolutionary: the facilitator does not heal — they create the conditions in which the system regulates itself. Every living being is surrounded by a measurable bioenergetic field; the heart’s field, for example, is up to 60 times stronger than the brain’s and interacts with the fields of others.

The facilitator is not a radio tuning in to a signal: they establish an entanglement with the receiver. 🔗 Thanks to their awareness, they first work on themselves — and in that movement they take the receiver along, back to the One. In the One there is no longer any separation: both let go of what is dysfunctional and regain what is harmonious. No transfer, no channeling, no superimposed technique — only shared awareness.

🏛️ The philosophy of the One and Plotinus

The intuition at the heart of Ad Unum is among the oldest in Western thought. In the 3rd century AD, Plotinus, father of Neoplatonism, describes in the Enneads a reality that emanates from the One (τὸ Ἕν) — the source to which everything strives to return: the epistrophé, up to henosis, union with the One. 🌌 That is exactly what the name Ad Unum — “towards the One” declares. What was once a philosophical intuition, physics is finding again today: a single field from which matter emerges.

🔬 Rigorous science, not magic

Ad Unum doesn’t ask you to believe, but to observe, experiment and verify. The method relies exclusively on data from mainstream science — replicated, peer-reviewed experiments, some of them awarded the Nobel Prize. On the course we explain, among other things:

An intensive 2-day journey (09:30 – 17:30): theory and practice in constant alternation. By the end, you can carry out a complete Ad Unum session and become certified as a practitioner. You learn to:
