The Philosophy of the Retreat

This retreat was created to offer a two-level experience:

The mornings are dedicated to group work, where the collective field amplifies energy, understanding and transformation through shared practices, workshops and guided moments of connection.

The afternoons are a predominantly individual space, designed as an intimate and personalised journey in which each participant is accompanied through exclusive one-to-one sessions of about 30 minutes with Vanessa Bertinotti and Guglielmo Poli, as well as moments of personal integration in nature and in the SPA.

This alternation makes the experience deep, focused and exclusive, allowing each participant to receive individual attention while benefiting from the strength of the group.

Structure of the Experience

Morning – Group Work

The mornings are entirely dedicated to the group journey, with:

• energy activation and awakening practices
• natural biohacking techniques
• philosophical and energy workshops
• moments of sharing and collective integration

Afternoon – Individual and Exclusive Journey

The afternoons are designed as a space for almost entirely individual work, featuring:

• personalised one-to-one sessions (30 minutes each) with Guglielmo and Vanessa
• personal time in the bioenergetic forest
• access to the SPA as a space for integration and silence

SPA and Wellbeing at the Estate

Wellness Areas and Circuits

• Heated indoor pool – water at 30–31 °C with massage loungers and neck waterfalls to release tension and rebalance the flow of energy.
• Whirlpool – hydromassage area with geysers and side jets (32–33 °C) to encourage muscle relaxation and vitality.
• Kneipp pool – hot/cold circuit (30 °C and 18 °C) to stimulate circulation and refresh body and mind.
• Ice Fountain – a thermal contrast experience to reinvigorate the body after the sauna or steam bath.
• Finnish Sauna – a dry environment (about 90 °C) for deep purification and the release of toxins.
• Herbs Sauna – an aromatic sauna at a mild temperature (32–35 °C) with controlled humidity, an invitation to sensory relaxation.
• Turkish Bath and Hammam – warm, enveloping steam (40–50 °C) that purifies the skin and releases the deepest tensions.
• Emotional Showers – plays of light, scents and water jets that turn the shower into an energy ritual.
• “Silence Space” Relaxation Area – a quiet zone in which to surrender to the breath and listen to the natural rhythm of your body.
• Sun Terrace – an outdoor space to connect with the light and energy of the day.
• Herbal Tea Corner – a selection of hot and cold infusions to regenerate body and spirit.
• Private SPA Suite – a reserved mini-spa for individual or couple moments, with jacuzzi, Turkish bath and a dedicated relaxation area.
• In the afternoons, each participant can experience the SPA as a space for integration and silence, ideal for supporting the energetic and philosophical journey of the retreat (swimwear required).

The Estate’s Bioenergetic Areas

At the heart of a forest of over 130,000 m², the renowned Marco Nieri, eco-designer and bio-researcher, identified 40 trees that generate different bioenergetic areas, capable of interacting positively with the human body. Spending time in these spaces supports energetic rebalancing, reduces psycho-physical stress and amplifies the sense of wellbeing and vitality, as shown by modern bioenergetic analysis equipment.

Packages and Prices

To ensure maximum clarity and transparency, the retreat is structured in two separate fees:

1. Retreat Fee – Teaching and Facilitation (Guglielmo Poli and Vanessa Bertinotti)
2. Estate Fee – Hospitality, Meals and SPA (to be booked and paid directly to the Tenuta de l’Annunziata)

This division reflects the nature of the experience: on the one hand, the guided transformative journey; on the other, the hospitality and wellbeing of the venue.

Estate Fee – Accommodation, Meals and SPA

The Estate fee is set directly by the Tenuta de l’Annunziata and includes:

• Accommodation for 3 nights
• Buffet breakfast with organic, seasonal produce
• Lunches and dinners with a two-course menu (water included) featuring biodynamic produce grown on site.
• Daily access to the SPA and wellness areas
• Use of the natural spaces and the bioenergetic forest

How to reach the Estate

👉 From Lugano
Distance: about 26 km – 35 minutes by car
Take the A2 motorway towards Chiasso, exit at Mendrisio, then continue towards Bizzarone and cross the border into Italy; from there, a few minutes will bring you to Uggiate con Ronago.

👉 From Milan
Distance: about 50 km – 1 hour by car
Take the A9 Milano–Como–Chiasso motorway, exit at Lomazzo Nord or Como Sud and follow the signs for Oltrona di San Mamette and Uggiate con Ronago.

Both routes are scenic and well connected, ideal for approaching the retreat venue in a harmonious way.

Vanessa Bertinotti

Vanessa accompanies people on journeys of awareness and transformation through online and in-person consulting sessions and experiential workshops, involving health professionals and people who bring practices she has experienced first-hand and that have brought her real value.
In her individual work she integrates biohacking strategies, hypnosis and practices of reconnection with the body and with nature, while in her workshops she creates spaces for practical, shared and multidisciplinary learning. Her approach combines science, presence and sensitivity, opening paths of inner exploration and genuine expression of human potential.

She is the author of the book “Guida al Biohacking: Viaggio tra scienza, natura e consapevolezza” (A Guide to Biohacking: A Journey through Science, Nature and Awareness) and host of the podcast “Salute e Biohacking”, available on Spotify, Apple Podcast and YouTube.

Guglielmo Poli

Guglielmo Poli is the creator of the Ad Unum Experience programme and directs the Reconnective Academy International. A law graduate, he embarked on a path of spiritual research from an early age, studying sacred texts and philosophical traditions, and for years he has been leading trainings around the world on the relationship between consciousness, energy and wellbeing.
