RAI began by setting a global benchmark in the field of Reconnective education. From 2020 to 2025, RAI served as the world’s exclusive licensed education provider for Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection®, training thousands of practitioners and developing dozens of mentors and instructors under the highest professional standards. That chapter was only the beginning.
Today, RAI is expanding into a broader mission: building a future-ready academy that brings consciousness trainingout of the niche and into a mature, modern context—applicable to life, leadership, wellbeing, and human development.

Our Story
RAI was created to answer a simple need: in an industry often split between “too mystical” and “too mechanical,” people were missing rigorous standards, mentoring culture, and education that respects both inner transformation and professional responsibility.
That is why, during 2020–2025, RAI built one of the most robust international ecosystems in its field—training large numbers of practitioners while also shaping a professional pathway for mentors and instructors.
Now the Academy is evolving. We are carrying forward what worked—clarity, standards, experience—while expanding into a wider educational vision for the next decade.
