Miriam’s call came through her family in the midst of a happy personal and professional life as a designer and art director. Repeated illnesses of her daughters and the sudden death of her mother from cancer led her to search for alternative, holistic methods. After positive experiences with homeopathy, Schüssler salts and Reiki, she came across The Reconnection in 2011 and felt that she had finally arrived. For her, Reconnective Healing is the supreme discipline of energy healing, in which the healer’s ego and any intention are surrendered to the universe. After her own training in 2011-2012, the desire to share this gift not only in her own practice but also with the world followed soon. For many years she worked with Dr. Eric and Jillian in the international teaching team. Since 2016 she has also been involved in the German-speaking Reconnection Association as a board member and was elected Chair in 2022. Her goal is to strengthen the community and integrate this work into everyday life. In numerous Reconnective Healing Association Zooms and retreats, she spreads more access and understanding of the philosophy of this phenomenon through exchange rounds, experiential exercises and meditations, and promotes networking and regional organization among each other. For a return to personal balance and growth she also offers Reconnective Healing sessions and distance sessions as well as The Reconnection. In her next step as an Instructor in training, she would like to open this path to all people, in keeping with Eric’s apt book title: Heal Others, Heal Yourself.
